Working principle of Chengyi high-pressure exhaust fan:
When the impeller 3 rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the wind vane impels the gas to move forward and outward, thus forming a series of spiral movements. The air between the blades of the impeller rotates at an accelerated speed in a spiral shape and extrudes the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (inhaled by the suction port 1). When it enters the side channel 2, the gas is compressed, and then returns to the blades of the impeller to accelerate rotation again. When the air passes through the impeller and side channel along a spiral track, each impeller increases the degree of compression and acceleration. With the rotation, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, and the suction fan further increases the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel. When the air reaches the connection point between the side channel and the discharge flange (the side channel narrows at the outlet), the gas is squeezed out of the blade and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler 4.
As the vortex exhauster is widely used, its selection is relatively complicated. Generally speaking, the following two steps should be followed: 1. It is necessary to determine what function of the exhaust fan is used on the site, whether it is suction or blowing, and to find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the vortex fan; If you misread the curve, sometimes the selected products cannot be used;
2. According to the calculated pressure and flow, find the working curve above the working point corresponding to the pressure and flow on the curve chart; Then select the type of vortex fan according to the working curve; As long as there are different work sites, their demands for pressure and flow are different. Therefore, to obtain relatively accurate data, relevant calculations are required
